This is the last episode of 2023! Thank you to all our listeners this year!
This episode is brought to you from Hamilton Ontario, where the forecast is foggy, dreary and bleak. Just like Canada's economic forecast! To turn things around we need people to tough out harsh weather, not see the sun for weeks on end, and  commute in bumper-to-bumper traffic. All with the possibility of not being able to afford a home. Where can we find such people? 
 
Well, leave it to the experts! Canada is now accepting hundreds of thousands of immigrants and non-permanent residents every few months. Unfortunately, our housing supply is struggling to keep up. Where are all these people going to live??

This world is a beautiful place, but many things are broken. One broken thing is our money. And although Mark and I can't fix our money on our own, we can certainly talk about it. 036 - Real Estate OPPORTUNITIES for BIG INVESTORS!

How do you structure a real estate deal? One way to structure a deal is the GPLP structure (General Partnership, Limited Partnership Structure). This structure is commonly used on larger scale deals with larger scale returns. These deals are limited to 'accredited investors' also known as 'rich people'.
You may be wondering why the rich are always getting the best opportunities. We would say that it comes down to financial literacy, appetite for risk, and long-term thinking. Which is funny because at the Two Stewards show, we talk about those topics all the time. So if you want to become an accredited investor one day, we suggest you keep listening.
